Properly looked after me

Amazing customer service.
My being heavily pregnant, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
Tea, biscuits and put a fan on close to me when I was having a hot flush.
Approached me with the paperwork so I didn't have to get up (it's a struggle now).
And very accommodating to my special needs son 😊
